Sandy or Riverton? Taylorsville or North Salt Lake? Get honest, local answers about commutes, schools, new construction, and how each community really lives.
Utah real estate. People first.
Moving across the country is hard enough without guessing which side of I-15 you want to live on. From his Midvale office in the middle of the Salt Lake Valley, Josh helps you narrow the Wasatch Front down to the areas that fit your commute, budget, and lifestyle, then helps you plan tours and local due diligence.
A PLAN YOU CAN FOLLOW
Start where you are. Work through the decisions together.
Start with where you’ll work or study (downtown Salt Lake, the south valley, Davis County, Utah County, or remote) and how far you’re willing to drive. That shortlist shapes everything else.
Weigh newer neighborhoods on the valley’s edges against established areas closer to the center of the Salt Lake Valley, comparing lot size, age of homes, and drive times.
Use video tours to rule homes in or out, then plan a focused in-person trip. Josh helps you see the details photos leave out.
Coordinate financing, inspections, and remote or mobile signing so the purchase stays on track while you manage the move.
LOOK A LITTLE CLOSER
The Wasatch Front is growing quickly, and every city has its own character. These are the questions worth answering early.

Utah has many school districts, each serving different cities, and boundaries can change. Verify assignments directly with the district.
Many newer neighborhoods have HOAs, secondary water, and ongoing construction. Know the fees, rules, and what’s planned nearby.
Winter driving, hillside lots, and canyon winds vary by location. A home’s orientation and slope matter more here than in many places.

Many buyers start with live video tours and visit once they have a short list. Some buy sight-unseen with careful video walkthroughs and inspections. Josh will help you decide what level of risk you’re comfortable with.
It depends on your commute, budget, and preferences. Josh can walk you through how Salt Lake Valley and nearby Wasatch Front communities compare, and point you to official school and city resources.
From his Century 21 Everest office in Midvale, Josh helps clients across the Wasatch Front. His public listing and sales history includes Salt Lake, Utah, Davis, Tooele, and Wasatch counties; ask about the specific area you have in mind.
